Overview
This innovative concept project is crafted to support remote employees navigate their work-from-home landscape.
Problem
Following an in-depth needs assessment with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), we identified key challenges experienced by remote employees in their work-from-home environments.
solution
I created this microlearning module to address common challenges encountered while working from home, offering stakeholders actionable steps for resolution.
process
Initially, I collaborated with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to pinpoint and analyze a specific pain point. Subsequently, I embarked on crafting a tailored microlearning experience to address this issue. Throughout the design phase, I meticulously constructed an action map and storyboard to guide the learning journey. Leveraging Articulate Rise, I then developed captivating and interactive slides to bring the learning experience to life.
results
Following project implementation and evaluation, the response has been overwhelmingly positive, affirming the effectiveness of the solution.
