Building a Successful Team E-Learning Course

This concept project was developed with the aim of empowering managers to bolster and nurture their teams' capabilities.

Following discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), it became evident that maintaining strong team relationships posed a challenge, alongside difficulties in fostering motivation and inspiration among team members.

Utilizing Articulate Storyline, I crafted an engaging e-learning course tailored to equip managers with the tools to cultivate stronger team cohesion.

To kickstart the process, I teamed up with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to delve deep into identifying and understanding a particular challenge. With insights in hand, I set out to sculpt a bespoke E-Learning solution to tackle this issue head-on. Guided by a meticulously crafted action map and storyboard, I navigated the design phase, ensuring a seamless learning journey. Leveraging the dynamic capabilities of Articulate Storyline, I breathed life into the experience with captivating and interactive slides.

Upon completing the project implementation and evaluation phase, the enthusiastic response underscores the undeniable success and impact of the solution.
